Flutter Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a SeniorFlutter developer with 2+ years of experience in developing Mobile Applications(Android/iOS - Candidates with knowledge in both are a plus) and 2+ years ofexperience in Flutter. As a Senior Flutter developer, you will play a key rolein building performant mobile apps on iOS and Android platforms. You will beresponsible for architecting and building applications, as well as coordinatingwith the teams responsible for other layers of the project infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Work in a fluid Agile process, with a sprint based focus on accurate estimations, qualitydeliverables and responding to feedback.
Work closelywith Product Owners and Solution Designers to develop understanding of businessneeds. Collaborate with architects and development teams to come up with highlevel systems design.
Translatesolution designs into high quality code (Analysis, Development, Pull Requests)
Act as subject matterexpert (SME) in assigned business and technical domains with an excellentunderstanding of business and system processes.
Design, build,and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java/Kotlin code
Ability tounderstand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Pixel-perfectimplementation of approved user interface meeting business & functionalrequirements.
Be aware of situational blockers and propose the bestapproach to overcome them.
Ensure the bestpossible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
Attention todetail and experience minimising technical debt. Requirements
Understanding ofthe agile development life-cycle.
Experience/awarenessof architectural patterns like MVC, MVP, MVVM, BloC etc.
Goodunderstanding of Android/iOS UI design principles.
Write maintainable code, with unit and integration testswhere appropriate.
Proficiency inworking with Git.
Ensure the bestpossible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
Design andimplementation of continuous integration and deployment/release apps to Googleand Apple stores.
Work on bugfixing, improving application performance and help in code optimization.
Ensuring theentire stack is designed and built for speed, scalability and reliability.
Continuouslydiscover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize developmentefficiency.
Collaborate withcross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimizingwidget components for maximum performance across mobile devices.
Stay updatedwith emerging technologies and implementing them into the current code base.

Eligibility Criteria

MCA, BE/B.TECH,BCA, BSC IT or Equivalent, Any Diploma in CS
2+ yearsworking as a full-time professional flutter developer

Skills

Must have 2+years of experience and a track record in building Mobile Applications(Android/iOS. Both is a plus) - around 2+ year experience in Flutter.
Experiencebuilding a moderately complex Android app with knowledge of dart
Architecturalunderstanding of implementation, not just UI features.
Experience withthird-party libraries and APIs.
Familiarity withcode versioning tool Git.
Strong knowledgeof architecture patterns, and best practices for development.
Familiar withAgile process via JIRA, Confluence.
Comfortableworking across various feature branches and submitting pull requests.
Experiencelaunching and managing production mobile apps.
